Get the visit price, then book if you want
Some people just want the estimate before they commit to a booking. Choose the brand, appliance type, and a mapped service address here — the same first details and Google Maps lookup the booking portal uses — and we’ll show the current service-call estimate.
Step 1 of booking
What needs fixing, and where?
Same type, brand, and Google Maps address lookup as the booking portal. Pick a suggested address we can pin on the map — we can't estimate a visit we can't pinpoint — then continue to book with these details already filled in.
Estimator questions
Is this the same as booking a repair?
This first page is for customers who just want the visit price. After the estimate you can continue to the usual booking portal — type, brand, and the mapped address go with you so you only add contact details, the fault, and an optional address note.
Why do I have to pick an address from the list?
We use the same Google Maps lookup as the booking portal. Suggestions appear as you type. We can only estimate a visit we can pinpoint on the map — a free-typed address that isn’t selected from the presets can’t be used.
What does the service call cover?
The on-site service call is attendance and diagnosis at the appliance. It is different from a free phone or online quote. Labour is billed in 15-minute units if you approve work after diagnosis. Parts are only charged if needed.
Do I have to book after I see the estimate?
No. You can stop at the estimate, call us, or request a callback. Continue only if you want to finish the booking online.
